Single Therapy Session - £30.00 per person

A single session can help when you have them 'down days' and need someone to talk too in confidence. Not all therapy has to be long-term. 

3x Months - £450.00

A lot can happen in 3 months. It can be intense but for many people it works. This package includes a consultation to identify the areas you want to change and other areas which can help with your change(s). For this package, regular communication is important.

This package is good for stress management, career changes, mental well-being, developing healthy coping skills, dealing with depression or self-harm. 

Step-by-step programs - which are developed for you, create better time management, goal setting, motivational tools and a confidential person to help you along every step of the way. 

6x Months - £950.00

Over the course of 6x months we can work on them areas you feel need time. For example people who have suffered and feel they need time and support to find and develop for their progression. CBT therapy (cognitive behaviour therapy) can be an effective way to help change thinking and behaviour patterns you might struggle with, such as addictions, OCD or other areas that might cause life to become difficult.
